Originally introduced to beekeeping in the 1970's while helping my father. In 2016 started beekeeping again, and in 2018 started Keeler Farm Honey, a small farm, where we maintain between 20-30 hives, sell honey, comb honey, bulk beeswax, and beeswax candles. As a member of the Chester County Beekeepers Association, volunteered to collect swarms, and have mentored a number of new/upcoming beekeepers. In addition to beekeeping, in 2023 started performing Bee Presentations to third graders at our local school district, and the Kimberton Science Camp, with similar presentations scheduled again for 2024.
